What does "30 Minute Response Time" mean?

With Priority Support, you’re guaranteed a response in 30 minutes or less, during our support hours! Our support hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time (UTC-6).

What happens when I submit a priority support ticket?

We take our priority support tickets extremely seriously, and we’ve taken extra steps to ensure your priority ticket gets the extra priority attention it deserves.

1) After you submit your priority ticket, it will appear at the top of our support queue and will be tagged with a red Priority Support badge, so our whole team knows when we have a priority ticket in the queue.

2) Next, our entire support team is alerted with a notification on our Slack communication channel that a new priority ticket has been lodged! Our support manager will assign the ticket so a team member can immediately start looking into your ticket.
